Make sure your Main Balance is sufficient
Only your Main Balance is withdrawable. Bonus balance (from spins & daily check-ins) must first be converted — see your Wallet page.
Verify your email (if not already done)
Withdrawals require a verified email address. Check your inbox for the verification link sent at registration.
Open the Withdrawals page
Click "Withdraw" in the top navigation or find it in the sidebar. You'll see your available balance and minimum withdrawal amount.
Choose a withdrawal method
Select your preferred payment method from those available in your region.
Enter your payment details & amount
Provide your wallet address, account number, or other required details. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (within minimum and maximum limits).
Submit the request
Review the summary including any applicable fee, then confirm. Your request enters pending status.
Wait for admin approval
Our team reviews withdrawal requests typically within 24 hours. You'll receive an in-app notification and email once approved.
Receive your funds
Once approved, funds are sent via your chosen method. Transfer times vary: crypto is usually minutes, bank transfer may take 1–3 business days.
