By creating an account or using MicroTasker ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use MicroTasker. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- One person may only hold one worker account. Creating multiple accounts to gain extra bonuses is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
- You must not share your account with or allow access by any other person.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, fabricated, or plagiarised task completions.
- Use bots, scripts, automation tools, VPNs to bypass restrictions, or any artificial means to complete tasks or claim bonuses.
- Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform. (Report them to support instead — we reward responsible disclosure.)
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, advertisers, or staff.
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
4. Earnings & Wallet
- Earnings are credited to your wallet upon advertiser approval of your task submission. MicroTasker does not guarantee approval of any submission.
- Advertiser decisions on approvals and rejections are final. MicroTasker may intervene only in cases of clear advertiser bad faith.
- Bonus balance (from spins and daily check-ins) may be converted to main balance at the rate and minimum set by administration, which may change at any time.
- Wallet balances have no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- MicroTasker reserves the right to void earnings obtained through fraud or policy violations.
5. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount, fees, and payment method availability, all of which are shown at time of request.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed.
- We may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or large withdrawals.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if we suspect fraudulent activity pending investigation.
6. Advertiser Terms
- Advertisers must fund campaigns before tasks are published. No credit or payment on delivery is offered.
- Advertisers must not post tasks requesting illegal, deceptive, or harmful actions.
- Refunds for unspent campaign budgets may be requested and are processed within 7 business days, minus any processing fee.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
MicroTasker may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm the community. Suspended users forfeit any unprocessed earnings obtained in violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; any legitimate pending earnings will be paid out after a standard review period.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, logos, designs, and software are the property of MicroTasker. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
MicroTasker is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific earning amounts, or that every task posted will be approved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroTasker's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount you earned in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
